Great experience. Clean shop, fair pricing, and professional guys. They fixed my issue fast, didn't play any games with the quote, and the car is running perfectly now. Hard to find contractors this reliable nowadays. 10/10

BUYER BEWARE! I brought my 2020 Land Rover Discovery to this shop for: 1 Coolant pipe system replacement 2 70K maintenance service 3 Front brake pads and discs Before the repairs, I spoke with Victor (the owner Elvis’ son), who assured us they had extensive experience with Land Rovers. I also specifically asked Elvis whether they used genuine Land Rover parts or aftermarket parts, and he stated they only use original parts. When dropping off the vehicle, we noticed an additional “miscellaneous fee” of $300 on the estimate. Elvis explained: “We add $300 in case we break something while fixing your vehicle. But if we don’t break anything, we won’t charge it.” We had never encountered a repair shop charging customers in advance for potential damage caused during repairs, which immediately concerned us. The vehicle remained at the shop for over a week with very little communication unless we called ourselves. On the seventh day, Elvis told us: “We hope we can finish your car by tomorrow, but we don’t know.” The following Friday around 3:30 PM, we were told the vehicle was ready but had to be picked up before 4:00 PM or it would stay there until Monday, so we rushed to retrieve it. Had a great experience with them. Elvis was very detailed and forthcoming in what my problem was. They had me in and out of the shop in about 2 hours.

We brought our vehicle in for repairs a few times, this last visit was really bad news, I was frustrated and had my disagreements, but they were able to patiently break down everything wrong with the vehicle and my best course of action . Any other mechanic would’ve made up some total BS and charged some ridiculous pricing just for a diagnostic, especially when you’re dealing with Mercedes… This team is local, professional, family owned and operated, and most importantly, honest; And the reviews speak for itself. Would highly recommend over any dealership.

I had a routine oil changed performed on my Mercedes at European Autobahn and Elvis recommended a repair. I later had the repair completed and the Benz rides like new. Great service, great pricing, great outcome. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
